Inaccurate inventory counts can cost you sales and delay shipments past the promise date. Out-of-stock items as well as overstocked items in inventory can be devastating to your business. Additionally, an overstated or understated inventory valuation can result in incorrectly reported assets within your financial statements.
We will will work with your management to plan all necessary steps to perform an accurate physical inventory. We offer our customer the options to use parts personnel in-house or recruit outside the business for the physical count. Each team is provided a pre-count instruction review. After a physical count is completed and the variances corrected, a final variance report is printed to be approved by the department manager.
